Chairman	1)Retired senior judicial officer. 2)Retired civil servant not below the rank of a Collector. 3)Retired Principal of a reputed Engineering college. 4)Retired Professor of the Electrical Engineering Department of a reputed institute. 5)Retired senior electrical engineer of the Government. 6)Retired engineer from a Distribution Licensee not below the rank of 7)Superintending Engineer or equivalent officer. 8)Minimum of 25 years of experience in the power sector. B) Preferred Language Requirement: Working knowledge of the vernacular language of the State of Maharashtra (preferable).	40,000/-To 50,000/-
Independent Member	A) Experience Requirement: Minimum of 10 years of experience in matters concerning consumer grievances. B) Language Proficiency: 2. Proficiency in Marathi language is necessary. C) Recommendation Source: 3. Must be recommended by registered Voluntary Consumer Protection Organizations or registered NGOs working on consumer grievance matters, or by the Chairperson of the CGRF. D) No Affiliation: 4. The member should not have been employed in any capacity by or associated with the Distribution Licensee or provided consultancy services to electricity consumers for at least three years before appointment as a member. E) Preference Criteria: 5. Preference will be given to candidates who represent registered voluntary consumer protection organizations or industrial associations. Additional preference will be given to individuals residing in the same area as the CGRF location mentioned in the advertisement.	35,000/- To 40,000/-
