JOB DESCRIPTION :

Job Title: HRIS Analyst

Level: Specialist (SPE)

Team: HR Technology

Type of Position: Full Time

Responsibilities:

  • Supporting and Maintaining Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS)

Role Overview:

The HRIS Analyst is responsible for managing and resolving all issues and tasks related to Workday, our HR system. They ensure that everything runs smoothly within the system.

Key Duties:

Workday:

  1. Expert Understanding: We need someone who really knows their way around Workday and can explain it well.
  2. Troubleshooting: Fix any problems and make sure everything works smoothly in Workday.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  1. Case Management: Proficient in handling Tier 3 escalated cases and skilled in troubleshooting various HR system issues.
  2. HR Data Management: Capable of maintaining HR data on Workday, including employee records, payroll, and time-off records.
  3. Executive Support: Able to support executive leadership and various HR functions, including HR, payroll, compensation, benefits, recruiting, and training by providing reporting and improving business processes.
  4. Bulk Data Handling: Competent in managing bulk employee data requests efficiently.
  5. Technical Transactions: Skilled in performing technical transactions in Workday, such as creating pick lists, amending workflows, updating organizational structures, and creating WBS (Work Breakdown Structure) in Workday.
  6. Data Cleanup: Proficient in conducting HR data cleanup exercises to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
  7. Daily Transactions: Capable of initiating routine HR transactions in Workday, including changes to employee data, compensation adjustments, and HRID (Human Resources Identification) creation.
  8. Error Resolution: Experienced in resolving incidents and errors within the Workday ERP system to maintain system functionality and data accuracy.

Additional Required Skills:

  1. Functional Expertise: The candidate should possess strong functional knowledge of HRIS systems, particularly Workday. This includes an in-depth understanding of HR processes and the ability to navigate and configure Workday to meet the organization’s HR needs.
  2. Tier 3 Support: The candidate should be capable of handling Tier 3 HRIS support tickets related to Workday. This involves troubleshooting complex issues, resolving system problems, and providing effective solutions to end-users.
  3. Workday Proficiency: A key requirement is a high level of proficiency with the Workday platform. This includes the ability to configure, customize, and maintain the system to align with the organization’s HR requirements.
  4. Reporting Skills: The candidate should excel in generating HRIS-related reports using Workday’s reporting tools. This involves extracting data, creating meaningful visualizations, and delivering insights that support data-driven decision-making in HR.
  5. Data Auditing: An essential skill is the ability to audit HRIS data within the Workday system. This includes ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with HR policies and regulations.
Education and work experience requirements
1)Graduate or MBA (preferably in HR)
2)Workday certifications preferred.
3)Min. 2-3 years of experience in HRIS system analyst roles and technical knowledge of workday tool
Experience with data management, specifically with validating and auditing data and reports from multiple systems
